Real Estate Bio and Testimonials
A Realtor since 2016, Charmain Yobbi has a longtime interest in real estate, going back to her days covering the residential/commercial real estate, construction, development, and retail communities on both sides of Tampa Bay for the Tampa Bay Business Journal. She also has more than 20 years' experience in public relations and marketing.
The New Jersey native along with her hubby moved to Laurel Ridge in Black Mountain in 2015 from South Florida and was the community’s previous POA secretary as well as former member of the Architectural and Review Committee. She created a community Facebook page for Laurel Ridge residents/friends, and regularly participates in Meal Trains for those Laurel Ridge residents in need of assistance during times of bereavement or illness/convalescence.
Charmain loves giving back to her community, particularly when the cause involves homeless/abused animals/people, veterans/first responders, and children/education. She has worked as a volunteer for Bounty & Soul and Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, and created a Facebook fundraiser for Foothills Humane Society. An active participant in Keller Williams' Annual Red Day of community service, Charmain has helped with projects in Black Mountain/the Swannanoa Valley dealing with handicap accessibility, elementary education, river cleanup, and elder assistance.
